Boccali Vineyards Images
The images on our labels and our website, are the work of a
talented, award-winning local photographer, Kristine Ellison.
She has documented the growth of Boccali Vineyards over
the past years in a stunning collection of images from
vineyards to crush.
Prints of many of these images may purchased in various
sizes and formats on her website, and would make a fabulous
addition to any wine aficionado's collection.

2010 Shangri-La Grenache Blanc ..................................$22.00
pH: 3.46 Alcohol: 15.5%
Abundant aromas of citrus and apricot make way for a crisp, acidic and
refreshing tangy mouth feel. The acidity is balanced by bold fruit flavors with a
big forward pineapple, hints of apple and ripe melon. This wine pairs well with
a nice salty prosciutto & melon platter, especially on a hot summer day.
2010 Pink Moment Rose of Syrah ...................................$18.00
pH: 3.18 Alcohol: 13.2%
Vibrant pink in the glass; a swirl of fresh floral, strawberries and citrus aromas
fill the nose. Dry on the palate with a crisp & tangy acidity. Refreshing fruit
flavors of strawberry, and red cherry with hints of buttery vanilla make way for a
crisp clean finish. Great midday wine pairs well with just about anything.
Try with a roasted eggplant salad, or a cheese & fruit plate.

Deep, dark, ruby colored; exhibits aromas of vanilla, blackberry, dark cherry,
cracked pepper, and chocolate. Hints of blackberry, chocolate, spice, and
vanillin-oak on the palate. Medium-bodied with a peppery warm finish, pairs
well with hearty flavorful meals.

This is the first harvest of the Cabernet Sauvignon block that was planted four
years ago.
2010 Old Winery Zinfandel.................................................$22.00
pH: 3.25 Alcohol: 13.4%
This is the first vintage of our Zinfandel. This ruby colored Zin exhibits aromas
of raspberries, plum and white pepper. Hints of rapsberry, cherry and spice on
the palate. Medium-bodied with mellow tanins and a fruity finish. Pairs well
with your favorite BBQ meal.

pH: 3.25 Alcohol: 13.4%
This well balanced red wine blend goes nicely with just about any meal. We
combined our Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah grapes for this wine,
which celebrates the best qualities of each varietal. We hope you enjoy
drinking this wine as much as we enjoyed making it!
